Pff, nostalgia. I have an old coworker that uses these things to this day. He has 5 or so new in box, and keeps his dead ones for parts.

PROS: Excellent articulation.
CONS: DIN input doesn't always work on new systems. No customization options. They're pretty expensive. I got this one for under $60 though so I can't complain.

Our Lexmark one was yellowed and a little age-funky. Yours looks primo. Plus, counting what Das Keyboard and other specialty ones go for, it's not really that expensive.
